CHEST

Walkout to Push Up

BeginnerBodyweight

A full-body move that pairs a hand walkout with a push-up, hitting the chest, shoulders, arms, and core in one flow. The reaching and returning also opens up the hamstrings, making it a strong pick for a dynamic warm-up or light conditioning work.

How to do it

  1. 1

Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.

  2. 2

Fold forward, place your hands outside your feet, and walk them forward until you form a straight line from shoulders to heels, hands under your shoulders.

  3. 3

Bend your elbows to lower your chest to the floor, then press back up to straight arms.

  4. 4

Walk your hands back toward your feet.

  5. 5

Stand tall to finish the rep, then repeat.
