Partner Medicine Ball Chest Pass
The partner medicine ball chest pass is a power move that trains the chest, shoulders, and triceps to fire fast. Throwing the ball explosively and catching it back builds functional pushing power, and pairing with a partner adds timing and coordination to the drill.
How to do it

Stand tall with feet about shoulder-width apart, roughly eight to ten feet from a wall or partner.

Hold the medicine ball just below chest height with your elbows tucked in.
- 3
Brace your core by breathing into your belly and tightening your abs.
- 4
Push the ball forward explosively, extending both arms evenly to launch it.
- 5
Catch the ball off the wall or from your partner and reset for the next throw.
