How to do it

Stand behind the balance trainer with the flat platform facing up.

Grip the platform handles with a wide hand position and step your feet back into a plank.

Keep a straight line from heels to head with your core tight.

Bend your arms and lower your chest toward the top of the platform.

Press slowly back up to straight arms without letting your low back arch.
