TRICEPS
TRX Tricep Extension
The TRX tricep extension uses your bodyweight and the suspension straps to work the triceps through a full range. Your body angle sets the difficulty, so it scales to any level, and the straps add a balance challenge. It builds triceps strength while keeping the core engaged.
How to do it

Grip the handles at waist height facing away from the anchor, with no slack in the straps.

Brace your core and keep a straight line from heels to shoulders, avoiding any hip sag.
- 3
Lean forward so your heels lift and your body angles toward the floor, arms extended ahead.
- 4
Keeping your upper arms fairly still, bend your elbows to lower your head between the straps.
- 5
Press through the straps to extend your arms and return to the starting position.
