Cobra Triceps Extension
A floor-based bodyweight move that isolates the triceps by lifting the upper body while the hips stay planted. It's a low-strain way to build the pressing strength you need for full push-ups, especially when weak triceps are holding you back.
How to do it

Lie face down with your palms flat on the floor, set roughly under your shoulders.

Press into the floor with your arms to lift your chest and torso upward, letting your hips stay on the ground.

Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your triceps hard.

Lower your torso back down slowly, keeping the muscles under tension the whole way.

Keep your elbows tucked near your sides and your hips resting on or close to the floor throughout.
