TRX Pulse Lunges
TRX pulse lunges take a staggered lunge and add small pulsing reps at the bottom while you hold the suspension handles for support. That constant tension torches the quads and glutes and builds muscular endurance. The straps give you just enough assistance to keep the movement controlled while the burn accumulates.
How to do it

Stand in a split stance with one leg forward, holding the extended straps with bent elbows.

Lower your back knee toward the floor until both knees form roughly ninety degrees.

Pulse up and down slightly near the bottom of the lunge for your prescribed count.

Straighten both legs to return to the top.
- 5
Repeat immediately without resetting your stance.

Finish the set, then switch your lead leg and repeat.
