TRX Jump Squats

TRX jump squats blend a lower-body strength move with an explosive, heart-rate-raising jump. Gripping the suspension straps gives you a little support so you can focus on driving hard out of the squat. Expect work through the quads, hamstrings, and calves alongside a solid cardio hit.

How to do it

    Face the anchor, grip a handle in each hand with elbows bent and palms turned inward.

  2. 2

    Set your feet about shoulder-width apart and take up light tension on the straps.

  3. 3

    Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat.

  4. 4

    Drive up forcefully and jump off the ground at the top of the movement.

  5. 5

    Absorb the landing with soft knees and flow straight into the next rep.
