TRX Cossack Squat
The Cossack squat is a deep lateral squat that shifts your weight onto one bent leg while the other stays extended. It builds strength through the glutes and quads while opening up the inner thighs and improving side-to-side mobility. Holding the TRX straps supports your balance so you can sink deeper and get more from each rep.
How to do it

Take a wide stance and hold the TRX handles with arms extended just above shoulder height.

Lean back on the straps as you bend one knee and drop your hips toward that side, keeping the other leg straight, until the bent thigh reaches parallel.

Press back up to the start.

Keep your torso controlled and use the straps for balance.

Repeat on the other side.
