Loop Band Leg Extension
A loop-band take on the leg extension that isolates the quads. The band adds resistance that builds as you straighten the leg, giving you a machine-style movement anywhere. A handy option for hitting the quads directly when you don't have access to a leg extension machine.
How to do it

Sit on a flat bench and loop the band around both ankles.

Engage the quad to extend one leg straight out in front of you against the band.

Squeeze the quad at the top for a moment.
- 4
Lower the leg back down under control.
- 5
Repeat for your reps, then switch to the other leg.
