Balance Trainer TRX Squat Jumps
An advanced plyometric combo that pairs TRX straps with a BOSU dome. Jumping onto and off the unstable surface while managing the straps builds explosive power, balance, and conditioning all at once, so it suits experienced trainees.
How to do it

Stand in a wide stance straddling the BOSU dome, holding the TRX handles in front of you.

Lean back into the straps and lower into a squat with your knees and toes turned out.
- 3
Explode up and jump onto the top of the dome, sticking the landing for a beat.
- 4
Hop back down to the floor, landing in the wide squat stance.
- 5
Stay tall with a braced core the entire time.
