Balance Trainer Burpee
A burpee made harder by holding a BOSU balance trainer throughout. Managing the unstable dome as you drop, plank, and stand adds a core and stability challenge on top of the usual full-body conditioning, so it's aimed at advanced trainees.
How to do it

Stand holding the balance trainer in front of you, platform side up and dome side down.

Squat down and lower the dome to the floor.
- 3
Jump your feet back into a plank, then jump them quickly back to the squat.

Stand up and press the balance trainer overhead.
- 5
Lower it back to the start and keep your core braced throughout.
