FOREARMS

Wrist Extension Stretch

BeginnerBodyweight

A gentle stretch for the wrist and forearm flexors. It restores range of motion and helps head off the tightness that builds up from heavy gripping and pushing work, making it useful before or after training.

How to do it

  1. 1

Stand tall and extend your left arm out in front of your shoulder.

  2. 2

With your right hand, take hold of your left fingers.

  3. 3

Gently pull the fingers back toward your body until you feel an easy stretch across the front of your forearm.

  4. 4

Hold for 30 to 60 seconds.

  5. 5

    Switch arms and repeat.
