CALVES
ACB-Skips
ACB-Skips string together the front knee drive, side knee drive and pawing action of A and B skips into one flowing sequence. It demands sharp coordination and rhythm while working the quads, glutes and calves and keeping the core braced. An advanced drill for polishing running form and explosive footwork.
How to do it

Stand with feet slightly wider than hips, knees bent, chest up and eyes forward.

Hop off the balls of your feet, then on landing drive one knee up in front with the shin bent to ninety degrees, pumping the opposite arm.

Snap that foot down to land on both feet, then hop and drive the same knee out to the side.

Land on both feet again, then hop and drive that knee straight up in front.
- 5
This time extend the foot forward and paw it back under you so both feet land together.

Hop and switch to the other knee, alternating after all three drives on each side.
