PVC Good Morning
A light hip-hinge drill that uses a PVC pipe in place of a loaded bar to train the good morning pattern. It works the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back while the pipe keeps your form clean, making it ideal for learning the movement or warming up.
How to do it

Stand with your feet wide and toes turned slightly out.

Rest the PVC pipe across your upper back and grip it outside shoulder-width.

Brace your core, then push your hips back and hinge forward, keeping your shins vertical and knees soft.

Keep your back flat and feet planted as you lower until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.

Drive your hips forward and squeeze through the hamstrings and core to stand back up.
