Partner Hamstring Stretch
This assisted stretch targets the hamstrings with a partner gently guiding the leg deeper than you could reach alone. The added help allows a more controlled, effective stretch, improving flexibility and range of motion. Clear communication between partners keeps it safe and comfortable throughout.
How to do it

Partner 1: Lie on your back with legs extended, toes up, and arms at your sides.

Partner 2: Stand over one of Partner 1's legs, adjusting your stance to their height.

Partner 1: Raise your free leg and straighten it as much as you can, allowing a slight knee bend.

Partner 2: Support the raised leg with both hands and gently press it toward Partner 1's head.

Partner 1: Speak up the moment you feel a good stretch; it shouldn't be painful.

Partner 2: Hold there for the length of the stretch, then switch legs, and later swap roles.
