A bodyweight warm-up that stretches the hamstrings while lighting up the shoulders, chest, and core as you walk in and out of a plank. It builds mobility and stability at once, making it a great dynamic opener before training.
How to do it

Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart.

Fold forward and place your palms on the floor just in front of your toes.
- 3
Walk your hands forward until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels in a plank.
- 4
Keeping your legs mostly straight, tiptoe your feet back toward your hands.
- 5
Roll up to standing and repeat.
