A barbell Romanian deadlift performed while standing on a raised platform, which extends the range of motion beyond a floor RDL. The deeper stretch loads the hamstrings, glutes, and lower back harder. An advanced posterior-chain builder that demands good hinge technique and flexibility.
How to do it

Set a platform on the floor and stand on it with feet shoulder-width apart.

Grip the barbell with an overhand grip, hands wider than your shoulders.

Brace your core, flatten your back, and keep your chest lifted.

Hinge your hips back and fold forward, lowering the bar until your hamstrings stretch fully.

Hold the stretched position briefly.

Drive your hips forward, squeezing your glutes and hamstrings, to return to standing.
