TRX Scapular Push Up
A suspension-trainer drill that isolates the muscles controlling your shoulder blades while your core fights to keep the body rigid. Because the straps move freely, you get extra work stabilizing the shoulders and upper back. Good prep for pressing and for building healthier scapular control.
How to do it
- 1
Set your feet in the TRX foot cradles and get into a plank with hands stacked under your shoulders.

Lift your hips so your body forms one straight line from shoulders to heels.
- 3
Keep your arms locked straight and let your chest sink by drawing your shoulder blades together.
- 4
Push the blades apart again to press your chest back up, arms still straight.
- 5
Move slowly and repeat for your target reps without letting the hips sag.
