A rollout on an ab wheel that challenges the core to stay braced as your body extends toward the floor. Resisting the stretch builds serious core strength and stability that transfers to heavier lifts.

How to do it

    Kneel tall with an ab wheel on the floor in front of you.

  2. 2

    Hinge at the hips to grab the handles with your arms extended and a slight bend in your elbows.

  3. 3

    Brace your core and roll the wheel forward, keeping your spine neutral.

  4. 4

    Continue rolling out until your body forms a straight line from knees to shoulders.

  5. 5

    Exhale and pull the wheel back to return to the start.
