TRX Resisted Rotation 3
A rotational suspension exercise where the straps resist as you turn your torso. It builds anti-rotation and rotational strength through the obliques, which carries over well to athletic movement. Adjusting your lean changes how much load you take on.
How to do it
- 1
Stand side-on to the anchor in a staggered stance, front foot nearest the anchor, hands clasped on the handles at your chest.
- 2
Let your body fall away from the anchor as you rotate your shoulders toward the anchor and extend your arms.
- 3
Keep the arms straight and rotate back to bring the handles in to your chest.
- 4
Control the return and finish your reps.
- 5
Turn around and repeat facing the other direction.
