TRX Leg Raise
A leg raise where you press into TRX handles to stabilize while lifting your legs. It hones in on the lower abs while adding a suspension challenge that trains hip control alongside core strength.
How to do it

Lie on your back beneath the TRX anchor with legs extended, gripping the handles with straight arms just below your chest.

Press down into the handles as you lift both straight legs toward vertical.
- 3
Lower your legs back down under control.
- 4
Repeat for your reps, keeping your lower back from arching.
