TRX Kneeling Oblique Rollout

A TRX rollout angled off to one side, which loads the obliques as they control the diagonal reach. The dynamic fall-and-return builds rotational core strength and endurance in a way a straight rollout doesn't.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Kneel tall with both knees down, arms extended holding the TRX handles in front of your hips.

  2. 2

    Fall forward and angled off to one side, keeping a straight line from shoulders to knees, until the handles reach head height.

  3. 3

    Pull yourself back to the upright starting position.

  4. 4

    Repeat, alternating the angle to the opposite side.
