Toe Touchers

Toe touchers are a bodyweight ab exercise done on your back with legs raised straight up. Reaching your hands toward your toes forces a strong contraction through the upper abs. It also stretches the hamstrings and trains core control.

How to do it

    Lie on your back with your legs raised vertically and a slight bend in the knees.

  2. 2

    Extend your arms overhead and press your lower back into the floor by bracing your core.

  3. 3

    Reach your hands up toward your feet, pulling your ribcage toward your pelvis to lift your shoulders.

  4. 4

    Curl up until your hands reach toward your toes.

  5. 5

    Keep tension in the abs as you lower your upper back down under control.
