ABS

Stability Ball V-pass

IntermediateStability ball

A dynamic full-body core move where you hand a stability ball off between your feet and hands. Rising into a V shape and passing the ball challenges the abs, coordination, and lower-body flexibility all at once. It's a fun, demanding way to level up core training.

How to do it

  1. 1

Lie face-up with your legs straight and the stability ball squeezed between your feet, arms stretched overhead.

  2. 2

Grip the ball firmly with both legs.

  3. 3

Engage your core and fold at the hips to raise your legs and arms toward each other.

  4. 4

At the top, pass the ball from your feet into your hands, keeping your core tight.

  5. 5

Hold briefly at the handoff, then lower back down with the ball now in your hands.

  6. 6

Fold up again to pass the ball back to your feet, and repeat.
