Stability Ball Plank on Balance Trainer
A plank stacked with two unstable surfaces, elbows on a BOSU dome and shins on a stability ball. Fighting the wobble from both ends lights up the entire core, shoulders, and hips. One of the harder plank progressions for stability and strength.
How to do it
- 1
Set your elbows on the dome directly beneath your shoulders and rest your shins on the ball.
- 2
Lift your torso and hips into a straight, rigid line from shoulders to heels.
- 3
Keep the core locked and the hips from sagging or piking.
- 4
Breathe steadily while holding your balance on both surfaces.
- 5
Hold for the set time, then lower under control.
