ABS

Partner Leg Toss Windshields

IntermediateBodyweight

A partner drill where one person lies down and raises their legs for the other to push away at angles. Controlling the legs against those tosses hammers the obliques and lower abs. The unpredictable direction makes it a strong builder for core stability and coordination.

How to do it

  1. 1

Partner one lies on their back with head between partner two's feet and legs extended.

  2. 2

Partner one grips partner two's ankles for support and lifts the legs off the floor.

  3. 3

Partner two stands over the head, knees soft, hands ready to catch the legs.

  4. 4

Partner one raises the straight legs in an arc toward partner two, who pushes them down at an angle to one side.

  5. 5

Partner one resists to slow the descent, keeping the heels off the floor, then lifts back up on the same angle.

  6. 6

Partner two pushes to the opposite side; continue for reps, then swap roles.
