How to do it

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, holding a kettlebell against your chest.

Press the kettlebell up over your chest with straight arms.

Curl your torso up to a vertical seated position, keeping the weight overhead.

Lower back down under control.

Repeat for the assigned reps.
