Full Kneeling Pallof Press
An anti-rotation press done from a tall kneel, which cuts out the legs and puts the focus on core and oblique stability. The steady band tension teaches your midsection to resist twisting forces.
How to do it

Anchor a loop band at roughly hand height.

Grab it with both hands and pull it close to your chest.
- 3
Kneel on both knees far enough from the anchor to create tension in the band.

Keep your core tight and back straight as you press your arms out in front of you.
- 5
Resist the band pulling you sideways, hold for a beat, then bring your hands back in.

Switch to the other side and repeat.
