This move stacks a punching motion onto a V-sit hold, so your abs work overtime to keep you balanced while you rotate. The dumbbells add load that lights up the obliques and shoulders and builds serious rotational endurance.
How to do it

Sit on the floor holding a dumbbell in each hand near your chest.

Lift your feet off the ground with knees bent, balancing on your seat.
- 3
Punch one dumbbell diagonally across your body as your legs swing toward the opposite side.

Draw the arm back and rotate your torso to the center starting point.
- 5
Alternate arms and keep repeating, holding your heels off the floor throughout.
