Barbell Ab Rollout
A rollout using a loaded barbell to challenge the whole front of your core. From a kneeling start you roll the bar forward, resisting the urge to let your back sag, then pull it back in. It hits the abs and obliques hard while working the shoulders and back, and it demands solid form to protect the lower back.
How to do it

Kneel upright behind a loaded barbell set on the floor in front of you.

Grip the bar with both palms down, hands shoulder width, arms straight, and brace your abs.

Push the bar away, letting your hips follow, until arms and hips reach full extension.

Keep the abs tight the whole way so the lower back doesn't sag.
- 5
Exhale and pull the bar back in by flexing at the hips to return to the start.
