Holding a BOSU, this chopping movement travels diagonally from low to high across your body, driving power through the obliques, hips, and shoulders. The instability of the trainer ramps up core engagement over a stable-ground version. It's great for building rotational power and functional fitness.
How to do it

Stand holding the balance trainer in front of you, dome facing down.

Squat and rotate to lower the dome toward the floor on one side of your body.

Stand up while rotating back through the center.
- 4
Continue rotating and press the trainer up and overhead on the opposite side.

Complete your reps on that diagonal, then repeat chopping to the other side, keeping your core braced.
