Balance Trainer Traveling Dome Planks

IntermediateStability ball

A moving plank where you travel your hands sideways across a BOSU dome and back. The constant shifting keeps the core, shoulders, and arms working far harder than a still plank. A dynamic way to build core stability and upper-body control.

How to do it

  1. 1

Set up in a high plank on the floor to one side of the trainer.

  2. 2

Place your inside hand on top of the dome, then walk the other hand up beside it.

  3. 3

Keep moving sideways, walking one hand then the other back down onto the floor.

  4. 4

Reverse the direction and travel back to where you started.

  5. 5

Keep the core braced the whole time and avoid arching the lower back.
