How to do it

    Set the balance trainer platform-side up and stand behind it.

    Grip the platform handles and step back into a high plank.

  3. 3

    Drive one knee in toward your chest, then quickly jump to switch legs.

  4. 4

    Keep alternating, picking up the speed to raise the intensity.

  5. 5

    Hold your core braced throughout so your hips stay steady.
