TRX Power Pull

BeginnerTRX

The TRX power pull is a single-handed bodyweight row that adds a rotation. Holding just one strap forces your torso to stabilize as you pull, and it stops one side from covering for the other. Adjust the difficulty simply by changing how far you stand from the anchor point.

How to do it

  1. 1

Stand facing the anchor, holding a single TRX handle with one bent arm in front of that shoulder.

  2. 2

Keep a straight line from shoulders to heels as you fall back, extending your working arm while rotating your torso and reaching your free arm behind you.

  3. 3

Bend the working elbow to pull yourself back up, rotating back to the start.

  4. 4

Finish your reps on one side, then switch arms.

  5. 5

Move closer to or farther from the anchor to set the right resistance.
